Hoppy Easter!

Wishing everyone a joyful and hoppy Easter!

Here are throwback bunny photos from 1984 and 1989! My daughter's and son's first photos with the Bunny. I kept the tradition up as long as I could! Glad to say my grandkids also got a bunny photo this year!

This is a watercolor card I made. Still learning to paint loose and to let layers dry!

Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words!

I Scrapped!

It has been a while but I got a layout done today!

My wonderful grandkids hugging trees:)

And, they started daycare in October so here is their first day photo!

Was inspired by this sketch from SketchNScrap

Thank you for visiting and for your kind words!

I have returned

We spent the cold winter months with our daughter and grandchildren. Normally we rent a place, but this year that fell through. So we lived with them. In addition to the fun  and chaos of a 5 and 3 year old, they remodeled their kitchen and bathrooms! I found peace during long walks while the kids attended daycare.

I am proud to say I logged over 990,000 steps during those three months. I had to replace my sneakers!

Now that we are back in Michigan I need to figure out how to keep it going. Since we have been back, we have had three days of rain and today  snow! Also we live in a rural area with no sidewalks or shoulders to walk on. Sharing the road with cars flying by can be dangerous. Looks like I will be driving to other local trails.

Now that I have returned it is time to get back to my art and scrapbooking. Needless to say, I have thousands of photos of the kids to scrap.

Here is a card I painted for a friend undergoing breast cancer.
