Paint Party Friday

It is Friday and I ended my week by subbing as a parapro in a classroom. Today was the Pumpkin fun run so the entire school went outside and the younger grades ran/waled 1 mile, the older 2. I mostly walked with a little guy named Oliver who talked the entire time:)

I have a watercolor that I have been working on. It is 9 x 12. I still need to work on layering color and waiting for it to dry!

I sent another alphabet card out to my granddaughter but forgot to take a photo. Will have to get one once it gets there.

Altered Sign

 was cleaning out a basket of supplies and found a cute wood pumpkin sign that was just calling to be altered. I painted it orange, then gathered my supplies including paper, flower trim, tags, etc. My Helmar 450 was the perfect adhesive for this project because it dries quickly and clearly.

I got more alphabet post cards in the mail for my granddaughter

I am enjoying creating these cute animals.

I really need to work on my drawing/sketching skills. Hopefully they will improve by the end of the month!
