Happy New Year

I think the sickie germs are finally leaving the house! We may just get over it yet!

Because of the germs and the extreme cold, I have not ventured too far from the house. This has given me time to clean up, organize and play. As I have said before, I have no formal artists training. I also tend to jump from one thing to the next. As a result, I don't take the time to properly learn or practice. So this year I am trying to find my niche. Trying to practice and grow.

I did this yesterday. I am trying to go lighter. To wait for the paint to dry. To use less paint. To learn what the brush does.

I was pleased with this and look forward to creating more!

Thank you for visiting. I appreciate your kind words more than you know!

Adding this to Paintpartyfriday!
