Thank You

We went to a family friend to get my granddaughter's first haircut. Really she just need the bangs trimmed up and the back evened out. The girl we went to used to style my daughter's hair for prom and even cut her hair to donate charity.

My daughter held her daughter in her arms and Johanna trimmed Lauren's hair. She made it such a great experience. Lauren didn't even flinch or cry.

As we got ready to pay, she told us it was free. I sent her this thank you card today.

    Just as Darnell said what a super story, the first haircut experience is so important it makes it so much easier the second time round. Wonderful given card. Thank you for sharing.
