Letter to mom

It has been  a cold and terrible winter in Michigan which means I have not been able to get up north to visit my mom in the nursing home.

So today I dropper her a card in the mail. I was in the habit of doing that last fall, but kind of got sidetracked during the holidays. I want to get back to this.

I love the effect I got with the watercolors running and have plans to make more cards like this!

Adding this to PaintpartyFriday  who is celebrating Year 9!! I encourage you to head over there and visit the blogs of the very artistic people who share their works!

Thank you for visiting! Happy Friday!

  8. It's simple design is so striking and at times can speak so much more than controlled and highly detailed works of art. This is perfectly *Perfect*...
