When I saw this white brush, I knew right away what I wanted to create. I started by
painting the brush red. Can you guess where this is going? I added batting and evergreen for Santa's hat. Of course, Santa needed a face. Buttons were perfect for his eyes and his cherry nose is a red pom pom. I fashioned eye glasses from a piece of wire. The last addition was a tag created with a flower and a variety of smaller tags.
I used Helmar Premium Craft Glue to put the tag together and for the buttons and pom pom on his face. This glue dries quickly and clearly. And, I know the embellishments won't fall off in a few weeks.

ReplyDeleteThis is just lovley at first glance I thought oh how cool she used white fur to make it look soft and urethral -- then at taking a closer look I notice -- ITS SANTA!!! Even better and honestly besides the fluffy white fur of Santas beard I LOVE that beautiful white flower!!! Funny really -- last Christmas I took a gorgeous photo of my 11 year old Daugher Kaili with her hand in front of a Huge Christmas tree cupping a beautiufl white Christmas flower -- maybe it is a tad sentimental but I have to say fantastic job ... really!!!
