I completed about 6 or 7 8 x 10 mixed media canvases and a half dozen ornaments.
Now I have been painting cards. At the last sale I sold 2 dozen! I have been focusing on winter/holiday themed ones.
These are two of my favorite larger canvases. I think the church needs something at the top. Will have to hunt through my stash to see what I have.
And here are a couple of cards
I am the world's slowest painter so it takes me forever to complete these. Also I am learning to put them aside to dry before moving on. By having 5 or 6 going at once, I am able to do this.
I still have next week so hopefully can get more done.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend! Don't forget to visit PaintPartyFriday to see all the links posted to some amazing art!
Thank you for stopping by and for your kind words!
Hi Jean :) Your canvases are just lovely! And the cards are great too! Lately I've taken the time to let things dry before going on too, actually I have a second hair dryer by my desk right now to speed up the process a little!
ReplyDeleteYour work is always lovely. My fave today is the quirky dog, such fun! Good luck with getting everything done! Happy PPF, hugs, Valerie

ReplyDeletebeautiful artwork and good luck with sales :)
ReplyDeleteI am the world's slowest painter too, but I like taking time and yes, letting them dry properly is so important. I learned that the hard way. The paintings are really beautiful. I wish you all the luck with your art sale :)
