TGIF

Happy Friday! (Yes, in case you didn't know what day it is).

Going to be another warm and muggy day here in Michigan. I might just have to stay in and be creative.

I have been trying to spend a bit of time each day painting. Just experimenting and trying to learn more.

Here are a couple I did.

This is a small watercolor which reminds me of the beaches and dunes in Michigan

The next one is a very loose flower. I was trying a different paper which I don't think I like:)

This last was an experiment with Gouche. I put the paint on an acrylic block and stamped it. I added circles by stamping with the end of a paper towel roll.

Adding this to PaintpartyFriday! I love visiting the blogs who participate to see what other artists are doing!

I want to thank each of you for your kind and encouraging words. They mean the world to me!

Have a safe and happy weekend!!

  8. Jean, thank you so much for visiting my blog yesterday. I'm a bit slow getting around to thanking you, but wanted you to know I appreciate the visit. You PAINT so well. I am not a painter. I can't say that, I throw paint on card stock or used file folders, but there's nothing except background noise. I love your drawings and how you color. You make incredible art.
