I started with an 8 x 10 canvas and painted stripes. I added a blue area for the stars. I used two of the 2 x 2 canvases and drew stars. I printed out the Star Spangled banner on tissue paper and Modge Podged it. Added some inking and stamping and paint.
I am so not the artistic one in my family but I LOVE doing these canvases!

ReplyDeleteThis canvas is absolutely amazing, and so very festive! LOVE how you painted the stripes and then mod podged the declaration of independence over the top of it. Love how the stripes show through from behind. Beauiful project, TFS!
