She said yes

Our daughter was home for her best friend's wedding a week ago. He boyfriend flew out later in the week. He had asked if we could go to our little downtown to take photos because he thought it was so pretty. We found a secluded spot and he positioned her looking over the river. Then he got down on one knee and pulled a ring out of his pocket. He asked her to marry him and she said yes. It was so sweet and I am so pleased that he included us and her brother in this special event.

I recently bought a Dylusions journal  and wasn't really sure what I was going to do with it. Well, I turned it into a wedding/planner for her. I added tabs, stamping, a wedding calendar and photos. I titled the first section Us - Our Story and I want her to write the story of how they met - E harmony:) - and the proposal. There is room for her to jot down ideas, add pics from magazines, lists, etc.

Pink is not one of her favorite colors, but I had to do it! I inked, misted, stamped and even used water colors.
