I wanted to scrap this wonderful photo from our vacation two weeks ago but I knew I wanted to give it more of an artistic touch than just with scrapbook paper. I grabbed a piece of Ken Oliver's Water Media Paper - available at Canvas Corp Brands here. This heavy duty paper has one textured side and one smooth. I opted for the textured side and got out my water color paints.
I decided I wanted to paint the background making it an extension of the photo. I am not an artist but I think I was able to achieve the effect.
I kept the title simple by printing it on vellum and added just one flower.
This was fun and I encourage you to give it a try. This paper holds up well to mists and Color Bursts as well.
I hope you stop over at Canvas Corp Brands to check out this paper as well as all the other papers, burlap and mists. You will not regret it!
Thank you for visiting! I appreciate it!
